BREAKFAST

Breakfast is included in the price of your stay. If you don't want breakfast, we will reduce your nightly rate.

We take pride in our breakfast! It is always homemade, and vegetarian with a menu that changes every day!

If you are vegan or gluten free, let us know and we will accommodate for you 🙂

It is served from 8:30am until 9:30am.

At Creo, breakfast is an important moment of the day that we love to share with our guests from all over the world. 🌍🌎🌏

Everyday you will be served from the following, milk, jam, fruits, tea, coffee, daily dips (guacamole, baba ganoush, pesto , tomato sauce, hummus, scrambled eggs...) and one of the following ...

YOGA and MEDITATION

Our yoga classes are provided by volunteer teachers. The class is donation based and the style of yoga depends on the teacher at the time. It can be on the morning around 7:30 / 8:00am or in the evening around 5:30pm. It usually lasts between 1h-1h30. We have yoga mats available if you don't have one with you. The maximum capacity for a class is 6 people. If more people are interested, we can create two groups to rotate.

ORGANIC GARDEN

One of the most important elements of the project is our organic vegetable garden, which uses permaculture principles.

Our ambition is to slowly reach self-sustainability. We aim to grow and harvest all of our own food to ensure our meals are chemical-free and respectful of animals and the environment.

Permaculture is the development of agricultural ecosystems intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient. It enables us to adapt our culture to nature and our environment instead of adapting nature to our needs like conventional agriculture tends to do.

We focus on perennial plants to make sure we have the most adapted crops for our soil and so we don’t need to add any external substances.

We are growing carrot, corn, lettuce, squash, aubergine, spinach, beans, soya, lemon, orange, pepper…. and a lot of aromatic plants such as, basil, coriander, lemongrass and mint!

We can’t wait to share it all with you !

We can provide guests with dinner if they are feeling too tired to cook or to go out. Food we prepare will always be vegetarian, and we can also cater for vegans and gluten free.

We have a laundry service where we can wash and dry your clothes.

We are always open to provide volunteers with opportunities to work and stay here with us. We expect volunteers to spend a minimum of 14 nights, and to work on average around 5 hours a day for 5 days a week, depending on peak hours.
