Everyday you will be served from the following, milk, jam, fruits, tea, coffee, daily dips (guacamole, baba ganoush, pesto , tomato sauce, hummus, scrambled eggs...) and one of the following ...
YOGA and MEDITATION
Our yoga classes are provided by volunteer teachers. The class is donation based and the style of yoga depends on the teacher at the time. It can be on the morning around 7:30 / 8:00am or in the evening around 5:30pm. It usually lasts between 1h-1h30. We have yoga mats available if you don't have one with you. The maximum capacity for a class is 6 people. If more people are interested, we can create two groups to rotate.
MASSAGE
As the founder of Creo, Eva is an experienced, professional masseuse. She worked as a masseur for 3 years in Medellín before moving to Jardín and starting this project. There are several disciplines on offer, from deep tissue massage to Reiki.
You can see their Google reviews here.
CO-WORKING SPACES
In our Ecolodge we are conscious of your needs in terms of online working. This is why we have different spaces dedicated to online computer working around our home, and our WIFI connection is one of our most important features.
ORGANIC GARDEN
One of the most important elements of the project is our organic vegetable garden, which uses permaculture principles.
Our ambition is to slowly reach self-sustainability. We aim to grow and harvest all of our own food to ensure our meals are chemical-free and respectful of animals and the environment.
Permaculture is the development of agricultural ecosystems intended to be sustainable and self-sufficient. It enables us to adapt our culture to nature and our environment instead of adapting nature to our needs like conventional agriculture tends to do.
We focus on perennial plants to make sure we have the most adapted crops for our soil and so we don’t need to add any external substances.
We are growing carrot, corn, lettuce, squash, aubergine, spinach, beans, soya, lemon, orange, pepper…. and a lot of aromatic plants such as, basil, coriander, lemongrass and mint!
We can’t wait to share it all with you !
